An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a convenient and confidential way to help employees and their families with concerns and problems that may be troubling them. The EAP provides short-term, confidential, professional counseling and referral services.

Our EAP includes a group of licensed, professional counselors who are available to help you with your problems at home or work. The EAP counselors will listen to your problems and concerns and ask appropriate questions to determine your needs. They will then help you find resources in your area that meet your individual needs. Employees and family members can call for help with personal, family or job-related problems.

Some of the concerns EAP addresses are:

  • Stress
  • Adjustment to Life Changes
  • Marital or Relationship Difficulties
  • Parenting Issues
  • Family Illness
  • Job Burnout
  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Gambling
  • Alcohol or Chemical Dependency
